As a social scientist Dr. Vogel Trautt is trained to ask questions, critique and vet processes and procedures, and propose ideas and structural redesign recommendations for intentional and lasting change that serves and supports all students in realizing their fullest potential.

Dr. Leah Alarcon serves as the Acting Vice President of Student Development and Title IX Coordinator at Oxnard College (a Hispanic Serving Institution). Her responsibilities include oversight of all functions of Student Services that include the Student Equity and Achievement Program, Admissions & Records, Student Health Center, Financial Aid, DSPS, EOPS/CARE/Next Up, Counseling, Veterans, CalWORKs, 学院迎新中心和first STEP中心, University Transfer Center, Career Center, several Title V HSI grants, TRIO programs, Basic Needs, Dream Resource Center, and Associate Students.
